There are four elements that make up our debt recovery offering. Customers may use any combination of these elements to best meet requirements.
Examples of our track record in the assessment and recovery of construction debt and work in progress include:
Managed the full debt and work in progress recovery exercise for the administrators of a listed construction group. Purely Financial recovered £23 million of construction, building and maintenance debt across a wide range of standard construction and bespoke contract types and over 1000 customer accounts. Agreements reached with a wide range of customers including private individuals; construction companies; councils and local authorities; housing associations; schools; insurance companies; third party surveyors etc.
Undertook all four elements of our debt recovery offering and helped the administrators of this water treatment and waste recycling engineering business recover £300k against a backdrop of previously being advised by a third party expert that no recoveries were possible.
Recovered £2.4 million undertaking the full debt and work in progress recovery exercise for the administrators of a groundwork, waste haulage and plant hire group. Our forensic review of paper trail identified complete and part complete work not recorded on any systems leading to significant additional recoveries.
Key to our success is the establishment of excellent working relationships with customers and their staff, debtor's agents (e.g. architects) and even debtors themselves! This combined with exceptional analytical and commercial skills continues to deliver excellent results.
We attend defects inspections key to releasing retentions, we visit customers and their agents. We don't just sit behind a desk and send emails and make a few phone calls.
Purely Financial offer a dispute resolution service. Many of the skills needed for dispute resolution are the same as those for successful debt recovery.
